I know how bad I' am as a blogger because I'm not updating this blog for how many days, I'm so sorry babes! Thou this blog is just my hobby I know it’s really good to share some experience here that I can’t say anywhere hehe. Anyways I think I already told you that one of my personal problem is that I’m so fat now than before and makes me crazy but of course I really love to eat so mush rice and sweet then vegies and fruits is not my favourites, but I just feel that I’m no longer a teenager that haves so easy to metabolise food after eating. I remember when I was a little girl up to college I was so thin but that time I’m so lazy to eat I much prefer to sleep at night and I usually walk miles every day it’s like a walkathon if you are living here in the Philippines I just want you to imagine that I can walk from university belt up to divisoria haha its super long right? My route is 1st at the university belt which is my university is located 2nd in Recto 3rd avenida 4th Carriedo 5th Quiapo 6th shortcut to China town 7th Binondo 8th and the last Divisoria haha then In my last route that the time I will ride a jeepney going home it’s a one ride from our house. I think I walk a lot before and it’s like more than 4 or 5 kilometres but not so sure maybe much more than that. I love to walk with my friends we just plan to walk to go in many palaces. Actually I really love to eat and to drink sodas but its keeps me look thin even thou I eat the unhealthy foods.
I just realize the life before is different now that I’m adult. It got started to get fat when I working at the office 9 to 10 hours a day with no exercise and sometimes when I get hungry I just eat some snacks on my table and if got lucky that we have a party I don’t mind that I make myself tummy full on those foods. Dieting is not on my mind until I reach this body.
We had an annual examination this year and my weight was 110 lbs. so a month after that I go to gym 3-4 times a week every morning in the office before I go to work and ones a week in fitness first gym then one morning I felt so lazy so I stopped again bad me. But then again I had a motivation to myself that I really need to lose weight seriously, but still I’m so lazy to wake up early in the morning to go in the gym so I prefer to work out at home. I bought a DVD, actually it’s a like a compilation DVD that haves many choices. I really love a dance workout so I prefer the HIPHOP ABS, I do workout every night when I got home. It’s just a 20 and 30 minutes workout and it’s so fun and makes me sweat. Then I started to have a balance diet, I eat white a ¼ rice in one meal/day just that the rest no, and then fish and vegies. Every end of the week I checked my weight then I lose 2 lbs. and its stops there even I do workout or not it really helps me a lot because I just lost it for just less than a week when I got started but then again I’m not happy so I keep myself to less my food again. Last 2 weeks I checked it again I was so happy because I lose 8 lbs. now I’m 102 lbs. Whooo! Now I get more serious to lose 4 kilos so I drink green tea twice a day together with fruits, daily. Actually I think I get so addicted to it haha it really helps me because I drink it every morning and evening with just fruits and now I don’t eat white rice just vegies and fish. It keeps easily digesting foods and if you’re asking me if I even crave to eat rice it’s a big NO! Some other says that they cannot do that but you can coz it’s all on your mind if you want something you can do it whatever it takes right? At first I think that it was so hard for me to skip rice but I’m wrong. Whenever I feel hungry I just eat biscuits, drink so much water and coffee.
