Lately I look sick, and then someone told me I look so pale, but it’s not new to me I always looking pale. Even I feel sick I keep on thinking I’m not sick, I don’t want to have
Fever coz I don’t want to feel that, maybe I feel this way because I’m lack of sleep and I think I need more rest. You know what I hardly ever feel tired maybe because with the help of vitamins c that gives me energy, but this time I think I just need to take a rest and to sleep early to complete the eight hours of sleep.
What do you think I need to be more healthy and energetic? Or what do you recommend for me to keep me fit?
